    Crain 1 starts advertising to get your new customers! Please allow 3-5 business days for appointments to start flowing. Depending on the number of zips or areas, it may take up to 7 days. Please ask your sales executive the approximate turnaround time, prior to ordering.

  • What is your return policy?

    Our guaranteed solar appointments can be returned if the customer does not sit by zoom, phone, or inhome.

  • Can you target certain zip codes, counties or states?

    Yes! Crain 1 has the ability to target your zip codes, counties and states. We’ll find the homeowners who want to go solar!

  • How do you accept payments?

    Crain 1 accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept bank wires.

  • Can I start and stop my campaign and designate when I can take appts or leads?

    Absolutely! You’re in control! Please note that the wider the schedule, the more leads we can fill in the slots!

  • What is your refund policy?

    Crain 1 has a 30-day, money-back guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied, we will refund you within 10 business days after the initial 30 days have passed. Crain 1 strives for 100% customer satisfaction but sometimes we need to part as friends with some individuals.

  • Are the guaranteed, inhome solar appointments exclusive?

    Yes. All appointments are exclusive to you and your company. Please keep in mind, though, customers could have filled in multiple forms beyond ours, so time is certainly of the essence. Crain 1 quickly communicates with customers and we need you and your team to confirm quickly for optimum success.

  • Do you offer referral bonuses?
